Our main job right now as a new station, is to recruit Presenters to do live shows.
The funding to keep the station running has been a strain on the bank balance, so we were forced to add a "Donation" button on the home page, to help get the station off the ground and help keep it on the air.
Bob took control of the stations direction, which included introducing terms and conditions for the presenters, and continued to concentrate on the day to day running of the station which includes the scheduling of shows.
We introduced the new music policies together with the much needed merchandising & marketing that was needed to update and help make the station what it is today.
